Back to School 2014

Well its that time again and I don't want the LM to go back to school this time...


                                                              Last year first day of school.....

I have enjoyed having him at home but OMG he is so ready and wanting to go back to school though so I guess it has to happen...


                                     This year all grown up and a big boy now in Year One...


                                                                         My two boys.....

Hair -CHECK  geled and spiked....

School uniform -CHECK all name tagged and ready to go....

School shoes-CHECK- all polished and waiting...

Lunch box- CHECK- filled with yummo snacks for a starving 6yr old boy

Teeth-CHECK nice and clean...

School bag-CHECK- all school supplies tagged and ready for use...

Camera-CHECK- ready to capture the moment....

Boy- CHECK- dancing and running around the house in excitement...

Mother-CHECK-sitting in her room holding a hankie drying her eyes...

Father-CHECK-trying to get this circus on the road...


                                                                          Big smile......


                                                    Oh Dee do you have to kiss me.....Yes I do....

  1. All grown up indeed. It is exciting times for lots of kids this week. My littlest starts Monday. Not expecting to cry but maybe I will.

  3. Look at how much he has grown over the year. So cute with his hair styled and his uniform. I hope you will do this for each year. Then make a book of the photos for his graduation. BTW I forgot to comment on that lovely white cabinet. I would love that in my living room.

  4. Isn't he just the cutest? The smile of a child eager to learn is great way to invigorate fellow schoolmates. How's he now? It's somewhat inevitable that a child may have trouble with one or two of his subjects at one point. When it does happen, getting tutorial services would be of great help.
