Figs you either love them or hate them.

I found this recipe on Pinterest but I cant find who put it there.
Well who ever you are thanks very much my husband really enjoyed this recipe.
To make this you will need......
A couple of figs I cut mine into quarters.
1 sheet of puff pastry.
Oregano leaves.
1 tablespoon Honey.
Prosciutto.
Baby spinach.
Black pepper.
1 tablespoon olive oil.
Gorgonzola cheese..
Heat oven 180c
Defrost your pastry and cut in half.
Put a piece of baking paper on a tray and place your puff pastry on it.
Spread each piece of pastry with the Gorgonzola cheese - boy does this cheese stick ha ha
Sprinkle with some oregano .
Place pepper honey and oil in a bowl and mix./
drizzle half of the honey mix over the pastry's
Bake for about 10-15 mins
Cut your prosciutto into strips and place on top the pastry along with some baby spinach.
Now drizzle with the remaining honey mixture.
Enjoy.
Kevin really enjoyed this as a snack.
I think it would be nice if they were cut into smaller squares like bite size for party's.
But boy did that cheese smell....
