Blog to Print...

Last month  I got a wonderful Happy Mail that I have been waiting on...It was my next volume of The Old Fat Hen  that we got printed through Blog to Print....

You can have any image on the front cover  you want but I just got my blog header.....

This volume has the large format photos and the posts are put in order but the photos are put in space not so much order Do you understand that?...Where I usually put a photo then I write about it underneath in this book it is all the writing then the photos sort of mixed up but still in date format.

I was so very happy when they arrived that I decided to get the following year done now...

I have two which are from August to the August the following  year..and like I said I was so happy with them I wanted to have them all the if anything happens to my blog fingers crossed I will have a copy of all my posts...

To do this volume I had to do it  in two books as now I seen to post everyday and have lots of photos and the book only goes to around 460 pages.

 So this time I did them in six months each book and used the medium size photos...

I love how they turned out the photos are a great size and both Kevin and I are very happy with them...

The only problem was when I did them I didn't check the dates properly and forgot February this year Like I forgot the whole month....

I went back through my blog to see what I had missed and would it matter if I didn't have it and when I saw it I nearly cried.

In February Kerry had her baby shower the LM started school my best friend turned 40 our niece turned 30 and that's only a few things so I thought I would have to print out the whole six months including  the missing month....then I thought I don't want to spend another $120 so I just ordered February it cost about $40 with postage  a much better option.


I love having my blog in hard copy usually it is about $130 for 450 pages and I just look at it as a big journal of the year with photos.So from now on I am just doing it in six month lots as it is easier.
