My beautiful wooden Angel either has to go or change colour...she no longer suits the colour way I want to go...
So what is a girl to do?...
She gets out her Annie Sloan's chalk Paint paint the maroon dress pure white even over the lace,let it dry then sand the edges and a bit on the dress then I just rubbed her over in wax and she looks better than new....
And here she is on the wall with some of my favourite photos...
I am one very happy lady...for a few minutes work I have refreshed a favourite ornament without having to throw it out....
Just goes to show what a little paint can do.
