Who doesn't love a lollies tree....
Today's Christmas Craft 4 is my favourite Christmas treat.
To be used at the family table or given as a gift either way they are quite easy to make..and fun to eat..
These trees are good to make whether they are for Christmas like mine using mints or made in your favourite lolly as long as it is wrapped you can do this...
I made this one for Christmas Day at Kevin's family's house...
Kev found my sticks over in the park and just cut to size. He used some cement we had around the house.
A foam ball.I used one the size of a tennis ball now this size used almost 750 grams of wrapped mints.
Wrapped lollies we have a wholesale shop near us where I bought a kilo of these mints and like I said I used about 750 grams...
And how could I forget this a glue gun and glue sticks...
Start gluing the lollies onto the ball close to the stick. You just glue the little twisted end piece and then push it on the ball...
Keep glueing till you come back to where you have started from...
See its easy you have just finished your first row..
Now just keep glueing the lollies on around in rows
and rows and rows ....
Till you reach the top now just squish them in where ever there is a gap..
TA TA you are finished....
Well almost...
I like to decorate the tree so I added a Santa ornament I had and glued it in and put in some tinsel and a bow....
Now your finished....
There you go a Christmas Tiopary Lollie Tree to enjoy...
Wow us Wednesdays
Adorable !!! I used push pins so the candy could be eaten ....
